Hayfield Manor hotel
Family owned and managed, the Hayfield Manor Hotel is a modern property built in the style of a Georgian country house. It therefore benefits from a traditional ambience enhanced by modern amenities and infrastructure. Ushered in by the courteous doorman, guests will find the lobby spacious and welcoming, with marble columns, a mahogany staircase and an open fire. It is also possible to relax and enjoy afternoon tea in the hotel’s cosy Drawing Room and Library, which, like the rest of the public areas, are decorated with a warm palette of apricots and ochres. The 88 guestrooms have always been renowned in Ireland for their grandiose proportions and other luxuries such as marble bathrooms. The hotel offers a variety of dining option, including Irish cuisine in the elegantly appointed Orchids Restaurant, overlooking the original walled gardens and terrace, and a more informal menu in the stylish, glass-walled Perrott’s Restaurant. Guests can also keep trim or simple unwind with the hotel's fitness facilities, including a conservatory-style swimming pool, spa and gym.

Thought it was a fantastic hotel and will most definately stay there again. The restaurant in the hotel is good but a little pricy I felt. Lots of good pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel
